When there is no pumping, it drops freely.

Problem seems to be that the latest round of PCS pumping didn't help. No need for pumping to prop this thing up anymore. Either they can deliver on their own merit or they cannot.

Remains to be seen, but until we see some news, it is probably going to maintain the slow drip it has been on for some time now.

MASSIVE pumping and news blasting couldn't get it over the .072 support needed

Now it will take a gamechanger to see .07's again
