Well, my limited opinion sees it as the classic "partnership" struggle. The struggle between partners can be very destructive. My impression is that John Benvengo is now in charge and probably for exactly that reason. If my speculation is true, then it is a gift. There would be no way a common investor like myself would get in on a stock at sub-penny that has a chance of recovering without such a situation in play.

I have a sister-in-law who is all about conflict. The planet could be exploding, but the only thing to her is her obsession to be the last one talking...the perceived winner of any argument no matter what it costs her. Maybe Jack is on this board.

Anyway, I bet both Jack and Peter felt strongly about whatever caused the rift. For one reason or another Jack has stepped out and Peter is no longer running day to day operations. Hopefully John is able to take the great thing IPWG had and get it going. Even if the company became something like CPST size, we would all be happy.
