RDXM update from website.

Dear Shareholders:

We apologize for the delay on the annual meeting. Many of the rules changed since a meeting was last called by the company and process is a little more complicated. One of them is the Notice and Access rules that require us to post on website and provide the proxy cards to the shareholders of record. The time frames are also a little longer than first anticipated.

We thank everyone for voting on the location and it looks like Yakima wins out by a large margin. We are in the process of planning a shareholder meeting and will be posting information on the web site. We will also be posting a letter to the shareholders updating them on some of the things Radix has been doing the last couple years.

We are reluctant to schedule a meeting during the holidays as is seems to be hectic for many of us balancing the demands of business and family.

The present plan is to set a shareholder meeting up for after the first of the year, but mail out a letter to shareholders and post it on this web site in the coming weeks. This will be quite informative.

One of the things we have done is set up an advisory board made up of experience business people from the Puget Sound area. This is a non paid, volunteer position, to review business opportunities brought to the company. It has been unfair to depend on the work of a few people to keep the company going and have them wear multiple hats with the many demands of their time.

We will be posting the bio of the advisory board members and indicating the years of business savvy they bring to the table.

We all look forward to the many new opportunities for the company in the coming years.

Please feel free to write and call for more information.

Sincerely,

F.H. Lartz
