My thoughts are leaning the way I posted last week..they will let the stock do the deciding..if it reacts in a favorable manner to the next two items....the FINRA changes and the 15c211 and moves up on and holds the gains then they will hold off on the RS...if it is a run and then dump back by the share holders and the stocks history is to strong to hold the PPS then they will announce the RS....its in the hands of the investors and how they play the stock...

As I said we are not an anomaly when it comes to stocks moving with over a billion shares in the OS..there are dozens upon dozens of them in penny and sub penny land...so its not a matter of needing the OS to be reduced...its a matter of investor confidence..if investors believe this is going to be a company that has potential and a future then they will run it up despite the OS numbers....so we can only wait and see what happens ...
