Mobile: In order to have infringers, we need to have ecosystem in place which utilizes the NeoMedia patents. In the US, where the lawsuits exist, that has not yet happened.

If there is any major infringing, it would have to be in the EU. However, we won't be able to determine this until after the reexams.
