I think I'll follow-up, as Janice suggested, to Burns tomorrow. Leave out the colorful script and ask, as Megas did, what's up with this 75 year old 19 C Rule of that 1934 Act.

Nobody's watching the DTC, well, they're watching them steal imo, but no one with any power.
