well fellas, heres my take....there will be no moass...there are shorts out there...just not to the extent that many here believe...and even if there were, they would create a situation where they could cover without too much difficulty...and yes, i mean even the air shares...

say the average short was previously at .09...you saw the pps spike to .28 several months ago...think maybe the shorters shorted it somewhere in the .20's?...how far did it fall?...think they may have made some money there?....think they didnt cover some of those nss?...

what about the recent move to .225...the stock was obviously close to the top there and a correction was due...think shorts didnt short it around there or anywhere in the .20's?...it eventually dropped to .11...probably a whole lot lower than anyone expected given the r/s news that no one (?) knew was coming...

management said no r/s...not really in the picture...have other ways of getting the pps up...then out of no where, not only a r/s but a 1-100!...management gave shorters a perfect chance to cover...more than once...many seem to be asuming that shorters just short and keep on shorting without any exit strategy or thought of ever covering....

imo, many many shorts have already covered and those still shorting are so in the money that if they were forced to cover, it wouldnt be a problem for them...

everyone keeps looking at things from their perspective or from a longs perspective or from some other longs perspective...try looking at it from the other side...look at it like a shorter and you may enlighten yourself a bit....

but the volume?..but delaware?..but what the company said?...

forget about it..if you want to get the gist of something, you look at the general overall picture...if you want to know what the details are that no one is privy too, then you may as well roll the dice because you arent going to get any details..you will however have a million different opinions to choose from...

and after the stock split...if it is 1-100, spng will get shorted like crazy and the shorters will make tons of money once again.....then we can all hear about the fictitious moass once again that will will never happen...

why do you think spng wants to get the pps to 15 or 20 bucks after the r/s?..all they need is 4...just think about it logically...never mind details or what the company said because it should be obvious that their statements cannot always be trusted..what is the answer that arrives first off the top of your head?.........exactly...and that is usually the right answer...spng wants the pps at 15 because they know its going to get shorted to hell and back...they dont know but they are hoping that 4 will hold...

yes i know that some will say that spng is just being prudent just like others (for some unknown reason) believe that once on nasdaq that we will not have to worry about shorters...HELLO!...yea there are shorters on nasdaq and they will pounce on a stock like a wolves on a sheep if they can...

i said in a previous post that if spng wanted to get onto nasdaq quickly (and it seemed like they did) then the only way was via a r/s...i didnt care what management said or what other posters said about retiring shares, buybacks or anything else...the key was they wanted to do it fast...and just looking at the big picture, the only obvious way was a r/s...and evidently the company agrees....

and heres another tip...the ceo runs the company not the accounting firm...and i dont care who the accounting firm is...the company wanted to do the r/s...it wasnt d/t convincing them of anything...the company delayed the 10k not d/t..its the company that hasnt released it yet not d/t....get the picture?..

looking at the big picture, spng is not going to get a moass...it is not going to see a dollar before the r/s...it will not even see .50...you will be damn lucky to see a new high..

and just for the record, i thought and still do think that a r/s is a good thing...i didnt think a 1-100 was necessary and i sure as hell dont like the timimg of the announcement...in fact the timing couldnt have possibly been worse...it was just stupid...

it was however, great for the shorts...funny huh?
