Excuse me, but where is the "babble" part?

Copied below is the PR. In essence, all it is saying is WHO is doing the testing and WHAT is expected. If this looks like "babble" to you then maybe you need to take a reading comprehension class, or get some new spectacles; just a suggestion.

It should be noted since Identa Corp is in the remaining 5 companies being tested, their products will be available to be purchased by all US Government personnel and military and the test results will help to guide each agency in their purchases.

RichieBoy, you seem to go off in an irrational way on virtually EVERY utterance from this company.

EXACTLY what is YOUR problem?

No one has a time machine and can go back and fix whatever was bad in the past. I fail to see what is to be gained by constantly complaining about it.

As was pointed out by others, it's just a crumby penny stock, and a PINK one at that. They are not required to tell us anything. Is THAT what you would prefer?
