es1; Perhaps so...no arguments here...looking for a consensus & hoping for the best......one thing though; I was kind of envisioning that INCL's part in the Las Vegas project was as project developer/owner(?), growing algae and 'selling biodeisel' (no longer algae)....or.... at a minimum, being part of an LLC for this project , operated w/ Envirotek 'control' products (hope its more than that but even that makes $$ too).
