This is old folks...they must have someone else if they still do not have Applebaum and Zouvas as their law firm because they got rid of Rothman back in 07. Maybe they are just now payingg them off or I can't read.

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorld Companies, Inc. has
accepted the resignation of the Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman as its legal
counsel.
eWorld Companies has paid to the Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman in excess
of $100,000 dollars in cash and stock during the first 18 months of service.
Although the company felt the fees were unreasonably high in the most recent
months, eWorld Companies nevertheless has offered a reasonable payment
schedule that the Law Offices of Barry K Rothman has not accepted.
The company has raised well over one million dollars in cash and has paid
out several million dollars including cash and stock to maintain its operation
and has continued to maintain its operational costs of over $50,000 per month
for the past 19 months. eWorld Companies, Inc. had already retained the law
firm of Applebaum and Zouvas as its securities attorneys and will vigorously
defend itself against these unreasonably high fees.
COMMENTARY:
In response to this announcement, Henning Morales, CEO and President of
eWorld Companies, Inc. commented, "We are disappointed with the way in which
Mr. Rothman has chosen to deal with this situation and have taken immediate
steps to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, we are very excited about our company's
future, all operations are continuing as usual and we are moving full steam
ahead toward our official marketing launch on February 8, 2008."
