LS;---Strange indeed although I've got a hunch that it 'might' be because BEHL's deal for the other Las Vegas algae2deisel deal: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1252807435&article=38921818&symbol=NO%5EBEHL 'may' have fallen thru and INCL 'might' just be picking-up the slack and is their alternate project partner. Just a guess on my part but it would seem a little extraordinary if BEHL had "2" algae2deisel projects going on, both in LV at the same time, w/the same schedules. Either way, we're both moving ahead and when this project (& possibly others) come online & the revenues start materializing , we'll be sitting pretty.
