I am basing this on number of things and facts including the the phones and phone system still appear to be operational and that calls and messages are still available. The Web Sites and all related Web Sites are still operational. It is my understanding there is still a company and stock is still changing hands with trades daily both buyers and sellers. As you have stated there have been no Press Releases! This is not necessarily a bad thing including one that might state the company no longer exists! No such release has been issued as far as I am aware.

I agree there appear to be some things going on and reasons for concern and I agree not everything may be obvious or necessarily rosy for that matter.

I am hoping like everyone else that things are are as good they can be and all who have invested have not lost that investment. I am hoping that if there are issues that the company is actively looking to correct them and move on in a safe, secure stable fashion and hopefully as quickly as possible.

Like I said after some digging, it is my understanding Bruce Scambler is currently in charge. All I did as others are free to do, was look to public information and with the available information and additionally followed the press releases.

At this point I hope people will be looking to ask( as I hope to when If and when I get the opportunity ) Bruce what the status is of things within the company and the direction. Unfortunately I do not have that information. What I was looking to do as an active investor was to be aware of who was in charge or who we should be referred to answer these questions. Hopefully the answer is both good and positive in looking after our investments. If other information is available please feel free to share it.

I was sharing what I have as well as what I am aware of and that's all.

At this point I seem to have made at least some progress and wanted to share that with other investors as well as look at the positive and hope for best. Like any investment and any company for that matter these are always at best a gamble.

Hopefully we are on the winning side of that gamble when things do get cleared up, but for the time being there does appear to be a company. All we can do is look for answers and hope for the best.
