Arnold, at this pps what kind of realistic financibg are we anticipating? Really pathetic! Maybe, the reason for the continuous slide. Who would have thought at this stage of the scientific progress, the pps would be at this level? I wish MS would explain why he didn't go for financing when the pps was over 4 times where it is at now, but I guess not as that would be admiting his management incompetence.
