Well ...

Now I don't know what to think. I sent an email to Barry K. Rothman on their site as well. But it sounds to me like both the attorney listed on the pink sheets, as well as Rothman, are out of the picture. So who is their current "legal counsel" that is reviewing this offer? That's what I'm trying to find ... and I'm somewhat surprised that there isn't a sole on this board that knows who their current legal counsel is ... ASSUMING they have one!
