A Google search for “eworld Companies and Barry K. Rothman” turns up the following link:

This article, dated June 22, 2009, says within it, besides the fact that there was a billing dispute, that the PR constitutes a “retraction of earlier press release” and “the total amount of the final bill.” To me, that means FINAL bill, and they are no longer the eWorld corporate counsel.
