So Dave, why don't you write to burns as a concerned shareholder just as I have done to say just that. Your personal views just as your public ones that you are writing here.

I have yet to recieve a response as I only wrote it after reading what Oh bull had posted and it is also the weekend.

I just said to the effect that as a shareholder I do not care one iota about personal conflicts between people or agencys.......instead I was just looking for a resolution and ultimate justice.

AND THAT tenet should be his primary focus as an investigator. He needs to just be looking for answers that will get Energy Source trading and to understand that our CEO has spent close to a million dollars looking for resolutions and now you want him to spend 80K to 100K more for filings that are basically going to be a photocopy of the last filings except for date changes?? Are they kidding?? What assurances does our CEO have that Energy Source will be allowed to trade?? Thats ALL TM is looking for. Guarentees from someone who will not renige on said promises.
