It's a surprise to me that LNGT had agreed to an extension of the discovery period for the opposition to the registration of the trademark trial, Dazer-Laser. Not once but twice. With both filed by LNGT (though the filing stated the request for extension is by both parties).

Not sure if this is because the opposition trial provided for it, or there is something going on behind the scene.

I had once in the past suggested a tied-up between the 2 companies. But now of the view that LNGT should just proceed on its own where Dazer Laser is concerned. (Not sure which is a better option.)
