Finally caught up reading the thread. No help though :) still sitting with about 90% cash. Surprised that there wasn't more discussion of the PONG the last few weeks.
I bought my bike in 1980 to take my 4 year old step daughter for long rides through the valley. Just gave her the child seat for her two year old! Is that purplish building that stands out the new Federal Building? Guess it's not that new anymore. Was wondering as well what that long concrete thing is on the side of the valley. Thought you had taken the shot from Riverdale (not Riverside TF) but downtown looks too far away so wondering if it's around the next bend near the Capilano bridge. Also wondering where that paddle boat dock is?
Those pictures sure have made me nostalgic. Thanks for posting them.
