Stock, why do you spend so much time here making a big deal about nothing. Most every product has competition and copy cats. Look at tools, I bet you have atleast 6 or 7 major brands of tools and they all make the same size wrenches and sockets and on and on... yet they all have a place in the market and some do better than others. Competition is good, if someone wants to steal ideas they will find a way to do so... no big deal
