CEMJQ is a rare find indeed ...
* we have a wonderful CEO at the helm
* we VOLUNTARILY placed ourselves in Chapter 11
* we have a judge that has consistently ruled favorably towards the company
* MOST of the company has not been filed within the bankruptcy process
* we sell materials that are important for basic almost every process
* our BONDS continue to amaze and astound by their consistent upwards appreciation
* the DD available to and done by shareholders is second to none .... anywhere (and when we get rich, we should consider starting an investment club to dd other opportunities)
* the BOD pre-bankruptcy turned down a buy out offer for $9 a share
* we have some of the best and brightest law firms WORLDWIDE working on our behalf in a number of arenas
* there is a VERY LOYAL shareholder base made up of many workers within the different CEMJQ divisions
* attention to detail of sophisticated, arcane, minutia that has the potential of benefitting the company is utilized to move the process towards a resolution that benefits the company and the shareholders
* there are restrictions on 5% ownership during the BK process so that the shareholders are protected
* the commons need to remain in tact for the NOL tax loss carry forward to stay in tact post BK
This was just a small list I amassed while drinking my morning joe. I am excited about where we are going, and am definitely pleased with where we have come. I am holding firm until we hit multiple dollars ($12) before I consider selling shares. It is trite, overused and hackneyed, but IMO this truly is a "life changer" and "once in a lifetime" opportunity ... even at these prices. I am just blessed that I got in under a dime!
