I agree that these are the pioneers of the shorting game and they should not be overlooked but we have to look at Berlin as the out. I am in ALMI and they are listed and the stock is up so I understand the point. i dont feel its a hoax but a defelction maybe, but surely a potential for future problems and well worth investigating. the same 200 POS companies have been complaining about Canada as well, and they are just suing the hedge funds after entering into the the toxic debenture.

truth is shorting is happeneing, SEC wont stop it, Berlin is a avenue if they require the reporting of Cusip and end the nakedness. And as a South Park fan I am always willing to Blame Canada!@!
