I'm new enough to talk, but admittedly don't know much!
I've only been a part of one R/S, and if that is typical for an OTC or pink (and from what I understand, it probably was), then I can see why some people are so upset. A lot of the penny stocks get diluted to the point they are not worth anything, so they do an R/S to get the price to something respectable and try to sucker more people in, then dilute it all over again... lather, rinse, repeat.
The one I was in was diluted to the point it's pps had dropped to .0001. They did a 700:1 R/S, so it should have opened at .07. It never made it. It opened at .04 something and went down from there.
So as far as I can tell, the people on here who trade and flip pennies to death think that by SPNG doing a R/S is a death sentence.
The investors on here seem to understand that whether or not the R/S is actually carried out, the company does actually have a plan, and it is a good one, and we are all going to make some money.
Personally, I am listening to the investor side of the camp.
