Martin and Charlie Sheen convinced Obama that,

1. The plane was a hologram and the buildings are still there.
2. It was an govt job pulled off by Blackwater on the orders of dick Cheney.

Therefore the president decided to stop by the Pentagon and pay tribute to the people who died there on 9/11.

Thank God he ain't buying the missle attack that hit the building.

Paying tribute to the victims, survivors and members of the armed services, Mr. Obama declared himself “mindful that the work of protecting America is never finished,” and said he would “never waver” in his pursuit of Al Qaeda and other extremists.

“Most of all,” Mr. Obama said, “on a day when others sought to sap our confidence, let us renew our common purpose. Let us remember how we came together as one nation, as one people, as Americans, united not only in our grief but in our resolve to stand with one another, to stand up for the country we love.”

When he was finished speaking, the president placed a wreath at the memorial. Then, he stepped out into the crowd to shake hands, growing soaked without an umbrella in the pouring rain.
