How about if someone shorted RCCH from .95 cents ??? Then they tried to keep RCCH down thinking they would go BK but they didn't because they make money. While keeping RCCH down they sold too many shares at too low a PPS and now will have to buy them back on the open market. Problem is too many shares are held tight then are even available. That would be a HUGE problem for any short positions I would think. LMAO.
