Good point Skunks, but is his friend a subscriber? If so then great (that means we have at least one so far LOL) and if not, how was he getting the channel? Maybe it is free for a few days/weeks like I had read somewhere?!?

Either way, I don't think we have anything to worry about. People tape and record all kinds of things these days and unless he's SELLING what he has I just don't see a problem. I'm not a lawyer either so I could be wrong.
