Except in cases of complete fraud which is what's happening here. The Rosy folks here can't seem to understand that SM and MM are using this like a cash machine betweeen two different MM's. It wouldn't matter if USA Today's front page said "SPONGETECH AMERICA'S SCAM COMPANY" They'd defend it all the way to delisting. It's amazing how everything, no matter how crappy like a GIANT R/S coming, is ROSY ROSY ROSY in IHUB's SPNG land.

Anyone even questions that this company isn't on the up and up and they're a basher. I'm not a basher, I hold a small position in SPNG, but I truly and honestly believe this company has conned us all. At the very least they sold us down the river so the shorts (SM and MM) could cover.

I've never seen anything like this.
