Ken--I am a no one. Just an investor like you. I came across a few court documents from a friend of mine, and promised I would not post it anywhere. He made me promise to do my own DD. I have already contacted a friend of mine who is an attorney that is going to look up the case number for me. I will post as soon as I get anything back. Have your attorney do the same.
