just got off the phone with vania. asked her a few questions, but she was quite busy. apparently lots of people have decided to call her. among other questions, i asked about the shareholder meeting. she said that the information has to go to the printer and will then be sent out to shareholders in a few weeks. as for my other questions, she could not answer them as expected and she said i should save them for the shareholder meeting.

still have not heard from peter.....i am patient!!!
