Wolveryne, this is actually another increase, not a reduction. As you remember, they raised the A/S to 2.7 billion. The A/S will be 300M after the 1:100 R/S, so multiply that 300M by 100 and you get 3 billion, the number of A/S shares at the time of the split. They are adding another 300 million shares to that 2.7 billion number. This is in line with their trickery.
