Ok now I'm really confused. The 8k says, "On September 9, 2009, Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (the "Company") filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware a Certificate of Amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation, effective as of September 22, 2009"

But Deleware says its 300,000,000 now?????
