I guess you're talking about penny stocks such as EESO with sharp rises? Listed companies don't have too many sharp rises, but the street reacts to favorable developments, because the street is always correct.
The street is correct with penny stock crap too. The sharp rises you mention are also sharp falls, back to 'street' level, because the street is always correct :)

wEaReLeGiOn, we're not trying to "carve out a vacuum of exception" for EESO. We're just pointing out that your assertion (as fact, mind you) that the "street" is always correct, is actually flatly incorrect.
