Even when the contracts are signed, we are not the prime contractor. We get a piece of the plasma gasification plants for identifying and completing the negotiations with government and private entities, securing permits, and use of the exclusive north american plasma gasification rights that we acquired from Sunbay. we are not involved in the construction of the plants from a financial standpoint. We should be hearing about the capital in the next couple of weeks.
