I agree this company is not worth 129 million. This is what I think...The company buying us will buy as many shares as possible in open market up to 50 percent. The company holds around 2 billion shares and is asking .019 for them...The rest of the shareholders who are brave enough to hold their shares will also reap the benefits. So they buy 3.5 billion in open market say at average of .002 or around 7 million....then they pay .019 for 3.5 billion or 70 million so for 80 million or so they buy a company with 1 million dollars a month of potential and possible double that amount. I can see where this could happen....
