I understand that we get more per ton for algae ad food than for fuel (8000$-1000$ repectively). But shouldn't we also consider the demand for the product?
If we can sell 10 tons of fuel for every 1ton of food algae we can sell, then the fuel is still more profitable for us(10,000$-8000$ repectively)

What are the market demands for each? My intuition wants to say we have a higher demand for biofuels, but I have no facts to back it up. Can anyone get actual numbers and figure this out?
