With little fanfare and a cloture vote (strictly along party lines), Cass Sunstein was allowed to fill the position of regulatory Czar, another position for which there is no congressional (senate) approval necessary. Mr. Sunstein's writings disclose a scarey philosophy. He believes animals should have the same rights as human beings, including the right to sue humans in court. One should not judge this president by his high-sounding rhetoric, but by his actions. This action will do much to marginalize the conservation movement in the USA by putting it into the hands of an animal rights activist/fanatic like Cass Sunstein.
