No, it's not. The overall movement is in an upward trend. It's unfortunate that someone bought at .02. How many shares do you think were traded at .02? What less than 1% of the overall stock purchases. That sounds about right. Do you disagree?

I hope you didn't buy at .02, if you did I can understand your frustration.
