Canned response from those 2: "sure these orders are manufactured by EDIG, but it doesn't say that APS can't go to other manufactureres." Agreed... just keep telling yourselves that.
And I already know that they will start saying that nowhere is it stated that EDIG owns the rights to this installed next gen system and that EDIG was probably only payed engineering fees for it.
Sadly predictable.
Anyway, its okay APS can keep paying EDIG these 'recurring' million dollar fees.
