Of that 500, 100MM are restricted & not to be included in the 'float', per Ants analysis. I personally, am aware & comfortable w/ this proposal, particularly if this company pans-out to be what we think its going to be...a viable & profitable concern. I think we're going to be just fine here---AIMO
