Thats crazy good DD. I bet only 10% of that 100,000 is from retail investors getting impatient. This is clear dilution. I was thinking to myself perhaps they are raising money for the website but 100,000 G's. I will build them a website for 1,000 bucks. Either way something stinks to high heaven.

The sad part is if they had good news to PR they would, because they could dilute into the rally and raise way more capital. The fact that they are diluting this so much and at the lowest level the stock has ever been scares me. Make me think that there is no good news on the way.
