The point is it makes the co. appear less credible if they don't file timely financial statements, plus get in trouble with SEC. Add that to total picture: delisting to pinksheets, no profit, no products, no timeline, no verifiable contracts and POOF: it doesn't look so good anymore. I don't want back in. I am still invested and want out at a reasonable price. But, sadly, I don't see that happening any time soon.
