Okay, fair enough. I'm pretty certain we don't need to file a claim the Trustee will do this,,, but the guarantee thing has me stumped. LOL

Even though as I wrote you in a PM that I was told the Trustee would file for the Guarantee portion for us all.

However, that was only ONE PERSON telling me this a gentleman Named JOSH at (x4250) when you dial the Claims number of 866-879-0688.


**** Could others please call this number and speak to this person or another? I suggest this so we make sure the stories all line up ****

I don't want any of us to miss out on anything.

He also did mention there was no downside to filing a claim or guarantee claim. I said I didn't want to clog the system up, but also didn't want to miss out on monies I may be due.
