Tend to agree with you where timeline is concerned. But thus far, Bob had been honest in my opinion. From the last Founders Message, he even admit that there is still some issue to be resolved where the JCSD is concerned before the project can move another step forward.

Not many startup companies will even admit as such.

Yes. All the timelines were not met. But eventually, Bob did deliver. Where this is concerned, it looks great to me. Though we have to patiently wait and wait, and for me, 2 years which most of us did so as well, and with great frustration (including me) at times.

The first contract will come difficult. But once its in, many more will follow.
