The BEST way to judge a CEO is his PAST PERFORMENCE... None of us are best friends with the CEO, nor are any of us on the Board of Directors.
What you have here with LCRE is a pretty decent situation. The company has a potentially HUGE profit generating product, FACT. The company has a SOLID business plan, FACT. The CEO has been upfront about raising funds AS NEEDED via stock sales, FACT. The CEO has previously taken a company from GROUND FLOOR to a sale for $120 MILLION, FACT. And most importantly the CEO has been RESPONSIBLE in the sale of stock thus maintaining the pps, FACT.
These are the facts surrounding LCRE. Everything else posted is NON-FACTUAL OPINIONS. The CEO stated that the reason he is raising the AS significantly is because he does not want to have to continue going to shareholders seeking approval, SHOULD HE NEED ADDITIONAL INCREASES, FACT.
So based on his previous success, his extreme honesty in what is being done here at LCRE, I feel 100% confident in the AS increase as I feel he will ONLY sell shares when needed, and do NOT FEAR that the entire AS will be dumped at any point in the near future.
As far as the PPS and spike we are looking for, we should see it tommorow in anticipation of the news release as we are expecting a MAJOR addition to the board to be announced, along with a "state of the company" to come as well.
Currently, the OS is maxed out, therefore there CANNOT be ANY dillution to effect this spike.
I just wish appropriate DD was done before people posted such nonsense.
