My stomach sickened reading that article knowing that the SEC has allowed this to go on for so long... Even with the changing of the guard and the appointment of Shapiro as the head of the SEC seems to have changed nothing at all...

Just new names at the head of the SEC and back to business as usual...

There was a news article on FOX news showing a tape with Bernie Madoff showing how easy it was to dupe the SEC.
