Another one who can't see the forest from the trees. The 10K won't make it out until last minute...Monday night or Tuesday. Can't you see the forest? They new the R/S was going to bring the pps down and it was a very tough decision to make because of that. But in the long and short of it, the R/S was the lesser of the evils to reach their uplisting goal and also get an account of the shares vis new C#. For those that think it's a ploy...good luck and keep dreaming, it will happen come the 22nd. The shorts are given this window of time to cover and the company is using this time to continuing to buy back shares to help keep the pps afloat. all those that want to battle with each other on the float, the O/S, and NSS, just sit tight and you'll have plenty to talk about in the coming days, not weeks.
