I don't want to get into a pissing match about the term "no comment" take it for what it is.

Lets see here does it benefit JD to say "no comment" or "no" when asked if he is doing business with anyone let alone Wal-mart. Does he say "no" when asked about certain business contract, sure. Does he say "no comment" when asked about others, why not.

Are there links between Wal-mart and EXPH, I guess if you count some early early stages of business. That have gotten us to the term "no comment."
