I have a question for you please.....I understand that on a normal basis companies simply don't let you know they are doing a R/S. They just do it and you find out at the end of the trading day....would that be correct?

Is it possible for SPNG mgmt to do a R/S of a different calculation amount (ex. 25:1) on an earlier different date that posted in the PR but not tell anyone this time. Then after doing the R/S withdraw the prior PR of a R/S ?
