Has anybody gotten any information from Scottrade regarding the restricted list which includes SARO? I called twice and all I could get was basically nothing.

I finally have cleared funds in my account and want to buy more shares and can't. I opened a etrade account but it can take 10 days to transfer funds to them from Scottrade.

Has anybody done a transfer to etrade before and if so did it really take 10 days?
