I bought SPNG because they grew fast and strong. They did it with superior marketing, the products are great but it is their skill in promoting them that wins my $.

I expect the same when it comes to marketing SPNG stock. If they did not do a R/S I would be spooked, it's a no brainer.

If you are worried about dilution, why? They SHOULD hold open the option to find a company to bring into their tent. They will need cash to do that. A treasury stock sale is the best way to raise that capital.

If you don't trust them to spend the cash proceeds from stock sales wisely you are a nearsighted day trader. Please go away and lease SPNG alone.

Their numbers prove skill, their accounting firm shows trust. I know of no better place to place my bet for the long haul
