True, but is it a full accounting of shares before the split? If so why are they not covering NOW? Just because they need to count the shares that doesn't mean they will need to cover. A cash or share divy forces a cover because it matches shares with something other than a number......it matches it with another share or monetary amount that cant be mistaken in the end.
